Christmas Mass in Aachen

Christmas Mass in Aachen

We went to Mass in the Aachen Cathedral on Christmas morning for the 10 am High Mass. One thing I really appreciate about being Catholic is that I can go to a Roman Catholic Mass anywhere in the world and it’ll be the same. Different language, same traditions. So although I cannot understand a lick of German I wasn’t totally lost (only like halfway lost lol). I did my best to sing in German but Will and my sister said I sounded like the Grinch singing “Fahoo Fores Dahoo Dores.”

But my favorite global Mass has to be the time Will and I went to Christmas Eve Mass at the Vatican for Pope Francis’ first Christmas. It was kinda like seeing a rock star. 🙂
